Pranay Prakash
Founder & Director
Pranay Prakash is a Chartered Civil Engineer and first-generation Entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in infrastructure development, real estate asset creation, and strategic advisory. As Director of Seven Capital LLC, he contributes strong technical authority, execution depth, and cross-border commercial insight to the firm’s asset reconstruction and advisory mandates.
He holds the lifetime designation of Chartered Engineer (Civil) from The Institution of Engineers (India), a statutory body under India’s Ministry of Science & Technology. His professional standing includes registration as an engineer with the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) and as a contractor with the Karnataka Public Works Department (KPWD), where he was authorized to approve building plans, issue structural drawings, and certify municipal projects.
Pranay founded Shakti Developers Private Limited in 2012, scaling it from a civil contracting firm into a full -cycle infrastructure and real estate development platform. His track record includes public private partnership (PPP) projects with long-term monetisation rights, execution of complex commercial and residential developments in prime urban locations, and backward integration through manufacturing, fabrication, and logistics units to control quality and costs. His work has been recognized with industry awards for infrastructure development and entrepreneurial excellence.
With formal training in public policy and regulatory frameworks, Pranay brings a structured, compliance-driven approach to asset reconstruction and complex advisory engagements, supporting long-term value creation and institutional grade governance.

Jay Mehta
Co-Founder & Director
Jay Mehta is an entrepreneur and strategic operator with extensive hands-on experience across real estate development, construction execution, government services, and investment structuring in the UAE. He is known for combining on ground operational control with commercial structuring, risk management, and capital efficient investment models.
Jay has founded, led, and scaled multiple businesses operating in highly regulated environments, working closely with government authorities, developers, contractors, investors, and operators. His roles have included Director and Managing Director positions across contracting, facilities management, government transaction services, development platforms, and consortium-based ventures, giving him deep insight into execution oversight, stakeholder alignment, and institutional processes.
His expertise spans real estate development, construction management, cost control, joint ventures, and downside-protected deal structuring, with a strong preference for asset-backed, execution led strategies. Jay has also been actively involved in portfolio management and equity investments since 2010, bringing a pragmatic investment lens to operational decision-making.
He holds an MSc in Construction Project Management with Macroeconomics and Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. With strong working knowledge of the UAE’s public and private sectors and fluency in multiple languages, Jay plays a key role in bridging strategy, execution, and capital within Seven Capital’s advisory platform.
